For several years now, Auberge Fort-Prével has been home to one of the region’s best restaurants. Under the direction of Chef Dominic Béland, the Le Bastion restaurant offers a menu of continental cuisine featuring regional products. The chef’s famous smoked salmon and Gaspesian bouillabaisse are favourite regional specialties.
