Known for the rich diversity of its wildlife, the Rimouski Wildlife Reserve invites visitors to take part in a rewarding adventure. Set out in search of black bears, moose, beavers and white-tailed deer in areas that have been specifically set up for this purpose. Bird lovers might even catch a glimpse of a bald eagle, osprey or other bird of prey. Over 150 species of birds have been observed on the reserve! During your visit you can also rent a boat and paddle on one of the reserve's many tranquil lakes, or enjoy a walk in the forest.

Certain lakes are reserved for speckled trout fishing. Many of the lakes are suitable for wading or boat fishing, with reservations by the day or longer. Hunters will be pleased with the abundance of white-tailed deer and moose. Licences are issued by drawing lots (except for small game).

At the Rimouski Wildlife Reserve, a day of fishing, hunting or vacationing in a cabin or campground inevitably becomes a surprise-filled adventure in the heart of nature.
