« The Québec maritime team tested this recipe for you. Here are the cooks’ comments: This appetizer was quick and easy to make. The smoked salmon and strawberries give it a fresh taste, while the wonton cups make the dish even more original. To make this appetizer even quicker to prepare, you can also not bother with the wonton sheets and serve it on crackers or slices of baguette instead. We added a few lettuce leaves splashed with homemade dressing: good olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a few drops of maple syrup. Yum! Cost (before taxes): Less than $2 per person.  »

« This is a summery and fresh-tasting appetizer. The combination of strawberries and smoked salmon is really delicious, with a creamy texture. We highly recommend the homemade dressing. This appetizer is also a good way to serve smoked fish to people who aren’t great fish eaters. Definitely worth trying at home! »
