Practical Information

Sea kayaking is a popular activity that can be enjoyed throughout Québec maritime. However, it is not always easy to paddle on the St. Lawrence because of the tides, currents and fog (which may roll in unexpectedly).

Guided excursions are available from a variety of companies, all of which make safety a priority. If you don’t want to hire a guide, make sure you are well informed before you set off.
