Located at the edge of the water in Pointe-au-Père (Rimouski), Distillerie du St. Laurent is a must-see destination for lovers of spirits, unique architecture and inspiring places. It is also a good spot to pause and enjoy a good meal.
In addition to their famous St. Laurent Gin infused with laminaria seaweed, the distillery produces whisky made with local grains and Acerum, a new type of spirit made with maple syrup.
The site includes a café bar with a terrace, a tasting area and a shop where you can purchase the distillery’s famous spirits as well as aged spirits in their new Exploration series, which are produced in very small batches and only available on site.
The distillery also offers a cocktail menu featuring gourmet and hot cocktails as well as a selection of organic teas and coffees to warm you up! Charcuterie, veggie pâté and local cheese platters are also available.
