Vallier Robert started fermenting maple sap into alcoholic beverages in 1990, creating a semi-dry and fine sparkling maple wines as well as a maple aperitif and a maple after-dinner drink. Learn this inspiring history during an educational guided tour of the facilities.

During the tour, which will take you from the cellars to the sugar shack, you will learn about the processes involved in turning maple sap into syrup or alcoholic beverages, the art of fermentation, the complex flavours of maple products, their benefits and how to cook with them.

Late March to late April and June 24 to September 7: open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open the rest of the year Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also open on Thanksgiving weekend (second Monday in October). Closed for three weeks after Christmas. Tours available from late March to mid October.
