Parc de Gros-Cap is the place to kayak in the Islands. Easily accessible via our beach, the coastline around Gros-Cap is dotted with cliffs and well-known caves as well as being protected from prevailing winds. We offer kayaking equipment and activities for all tastes! Excursions and expeditions are also available. In the evening, relax for the night in the Gros-Cap hostel.

An easy activity that is perfect for novice kayakers. Online registration and departure from the Gros-Cap site. We also offer excursions in other sectors such as Belle-Anse and Île aux Goélands (Gull Island), depending on weather conditions.

How to get there
From the Cap-aux-Meules ferry (4 km/2.5 mi.): Turn left on the main road (Route 199). At the second set of lights, turn left on Chemin Gros-Cap and drive for another 2 km (1 mi.), then turn left on the campground road.
From the airport (18 km/11 mi.): At the end of the airport road, turn right on the main road (Route 199). Remain on this road through Cap-aux-Meules. At the second traffic light, turn left on Chemin Gros-Cap and drive for another 2 km (1 mi.), then turn left on the campground road.
