Formely known as Club Vacances “Les Îles,” La Salicorne offers a complete program of activities to help you discover the Islands and their inhabitants. Nature walks are also offered so you can explore the natural environment of the Islands. Bicycles and boats are available for rent, including canoes, pedal boats, kayaks, rabaskas and sailboards. Finally, we have two boutiques on site and a third in the fishing harbour where sealskin clothing and souvenirs are sold.

Don’t miss our lobster packages from May 28 to June 30, when lobster is on the menu every night!

Arts and Crafts
Our three boutiques feature exclusive sea-inspired clothing, sealskin products and artists' creations.
Cycling
During the tourist season, bikes are available for visitors who have booked a stay.
Guided Tours
La Salicorne offers a one-day guided tour of the Islands as part of our packages. Stories, legends and breathtaking scenery are on the agenda!
Hiking
Nature walks are offered on a 7-day schedule. They are included in our packages or may be purchased separately. Our walks feature magnificent scenery and are led by interpreter guides.
Interpretation Sites
The Pointe-de-l'Est Wildlife Preserve features two hiking trails with interpretation of local flora and fauna. Twice a week, La Salicorne offers hikes on these trails led by an interpreter guide.
Sea Excursions
Explore caves, a unique opportunity in North America. You will be provided with a wetsuit, mask and life jacket. The swimming is easygoing when the winds are light but rougher going in choppy waves when the winds are strong.
Sea Kayaking
Participate in our 2-hour sea kayaking excursions. Paddle alongside beaches and cliffs to see the Islands from the water. When the winds are strong, you can also try surf kayaking.
Wildlife Observation
Bird-watching excursions are offered once or twice a week. An interpreter guide will lead the group and introduce you to the birds of the Islands. This activity is included in our packages or may be purchased separately.
