In the winter, you can enjoy backcountry skiing, telemark skiing and snowshoeing in the wildlife reserve. Check snow conditions with Parc national de la Gaspésie.


Winter Activities Available

Unusual Accommodations in Winter
Four new cabins are available from mid-December to mid-April on the banks of majestic Lake Sainte-Anne. Three will accommodate 4 to 5 people and the other is available for groups of 6 to 8 people. A security guard is on site at all times.
Snowshoeing, Skiing and Other Winter Sports
Set off on a magnificent hike in the mountains and contemplate beautiful landscapes of bare peaks. Keep an eye out for wildlife and enjoy the surrounding winter scenery!


How to get there

The Réserve faunique des Chic-Chocs is located 15 km (9 mi.) south of Mont-Saint-Pierre. It can be reached from Sainte-Anne-des-Monts on Route 299 (to get to the Sainte-Anne, Madeleine and Adam lakes), on routes 132 and 2 (to get to Branche-Nord and Mont-Louis lakes) and on Route 198 (to get to Adam Lake).
