At work, I particularly love…
Showcasing the most beautiful regions of Québec! I especially enjoy being part of this enthusiastic team, which I’m happy to come back to every morning.

In our team, I’m the one who…
Uses my colleagues as guinea pigs for the desserts I make! A few times a year, I’ll bring in my latest creation, and my Christmas cookies have become a bit of a tradition!

Outside work, I’m often…
By the water! I like being by the sea, going for walks in the fresh air or relaxing with a good book.

If I was an animal from the maritime regions of Québec, I’d be…
A hummingbird? Something small that moves fast!

If I was a hashtag, I’d be…
#PetitLarousse (the name of a French dictionary)

Got a text that needs to be revised? Looking for a synonym? Need to make sure you’ve spelled a word correctly? I’m your go-to person! 🙂

I’m also known as…
Anne-Jo! I think more people call me Anne-Jo than Anne-Josée, whether they’re friends, family members or work colleagues!

One day I’ll visit…
Austria, and when I do, I’ll run through a field singing, “The hills are alive… with the sound of muuuuuuusiiiiic!!” But also Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Belgium… And I’d like to go back to Italy and France… Oh and I want to visit Disney World too…! 🙂

In my suitcase, you’ll always find…
Way too much stuff!

One of my favourite parts of the maritime regions of Québec is…
Lighthouses. I think they’re both mysterious and impressive. And they’re always located in exceptionally beautiful places!

I confess, I really love…
Cranking up the music and singing along in my car when I’m travelling long distances on my own. And it’s usually when I see people giggling in nearby cars that I realize I’ve been making funny faces and bopping along to the music…

The one food I can’t live without is…
Seafood. I’d eat it every day! Fresh crab, overflowing lobster rolls, shrimp risotto, a big plate of mussels, clam chowder, pan-fried scallops… my mouth is watering just thinking about it!

I’m particularly proud of…
Having come back to this corner of the world (where I grew up) and now introducing people to these regions.

I don’t want to brag, but I’m rather good at…
Remembering everything, from the most important information to the smallest details! Birthdays, my friends’ and colleagues’ food preferences, what’s in our huge photo bank and lots of other work-related info as well as the latest celebrity gossip I’ve picked up from reading magazine covers while waiting in line at the grocery store!
