The world… There are so many things to see, and people and cultures to meet! In Québec, I’d like to explore the Lower North Shore and northern Québec.

Good shoes and maps, as if I was worried about getting lost in the GPS era or of never finding my way home when all roads lead to Rome. (Get it?)

One of my favourite parts of the maritime regions of Québec is…
The landscapes, the people, the wide-open spaces on land, in the water and in the air!

There’s not enough space to itemize everything I love, especially since my favourites are often contradictory. But without a doubt, I like to take the time to enjoy quiet moments, when I’m at peace with myself. I also like those moments when I’m having a good time with family or friends and everyone is feeling like there’s nowhere else they’d rather be.

I confess, I really love…
Candy, and in fact anything sweet, whether it’s cold, hot, liquid or solid, in all shapes and colours. I’ll admit I’ve even stolen candy from my kids! (Shame on me!) I love Halloween!

The one food I can’t live without is…
Anything, or almost anything, that comes from the sea, the St. Lawrence, rivers, lakes… In other words, seafood and fish of all kinds are always welcome on my plate!

I’m particularly proud of…
My three children, who are all extraordinary, and my wife, the love of my life. She’s magnificent, strong, happy. xoxo

It can be annoying, but I have a habit of…
Tidying up everywhere I go: at home, at the office, even in other people’s homes!
