The Lac des Rapides outdoor recreation centre offers activities for the whole family year-round. In the summer, take advantage of the presence of certified lifeguards to enjoy the swim area in complete safety and discover the natural beauty of this site by hiking the trails or going out on the lake in a rented canoe, kayak or pedal boat or on a stand-up paddle board (SUP). Hike the network of trails adjacent to Lac des Rapides to the lookout for a great view of the lake.
In the winter, put on your skis or snowshoes and explore the the trails through the surrounding boreal forest. Snowshoes and skis for adults and children are available for rent on site.

From Route 138, turn onto Boulevard Vigneault (in the Ferland sector) and drive to the end of the road. Turn left on Rue Gagnon and follow the signs.
