The best way to make the most of your visit to the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve is to spend a night there! Parks Canada offers options for all tastes and comfort levels.

Camping enthusiasts can stay on one of the six islands offering wilderness campsites. If you have your own gear, all you need to do is choose the island of your dreams: Île Nue de Mingan, Grande Île, Quarry Island, Niapiskau Island, Île du Havre or Île à la Chasse. Each has its own unique and enchanting features.

If you prefer glamping, you will be delighted by the oTENTik tents available on Quarry Island. You can also enjoy a memorable family vacation or couple’s getaway in an Ôasis glamping unit in the shape of a water droplet, which contains a table that converts into a bed on the ground floor and a suspended hammock loft above.

Book your campsite or glamping unit early so you don’t miss out! You can reserve online or call 1-877-RESERVE (737-3783).

If you are looking for 4-star accommodations, you can stay in a lightkeeper’s house at the heart of the light station on Île aux Perroquets.

Don’t miss the boat! Since all our campsites are on islands, it is a good idea to reserve your crossing with one of the maritime transport services recognized by Parks Canada.

On the morning of your departure, pick up your camping permit in one of our reception and interpretation centres.

Come and enjoy an unforgettable nature getaway in the Mingan Archipelago!

By plane: You can also fly to the region via the airports in Havre-Saint-Pierre or Sept-Îles. If you land in Sept-Îles, you will need to rent a vehicle or take the bus from there.

By boat: Several boat operators offer transportation from Rimouski or the Lower North Shore to Havre-Saint-Pierre. Enjoy being rocked by the waves and exploring various ports along the St. Lawrence during short stops along the way.
